PYROX (operated by Hearthora LLC) operates strictly on a crowdfunding and pre-order basis. By contributing to this project via Kickstarter or paying for shipping and add-ons via Pledgebox, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. No RefundsAll payments are final and non-refundable. This includes:● Original pledges made during the Kickstarter campaign.● Payments for shipping fees and international logistics.● Payments for additional hardware, accessories, or upgrades selected via Pledgebox.Once a payment is processed, the funds are immediately allocated to manufacturing contracts, raw material procurement, and logistics planning. We do not offer cancellations, "change of mind" refunds, or returns.
2. Commitment to ProductionYour payment is not a traditional retail purchase; it is a contribution to the production of a complex hardware product. Because these funds are instantly committed to our factory partners to secure production slots and components, we cannot extract these funds once they have been paid.
3. Shipping and DeliveryBy completing your Pledgebox survey, you authorize Hearthora LLC to use your provided funds for the purpose of global logistics. In the event that a backer fails to provide a correct address or refuses to accept the delivery, no refund will be issued, as the shipping and manufacturing costs have already been incurred.
4. Replacement WarrantyWhile we do not offer refunds, we stand by the quality of our product. If your PYROX unit arrives with a documented manufacturing defect:● You must notify us at moc.labolgxoryp%40troppus within 7 days of receipt.● You must provide video evidence of the defect.● Our sole obligation is to provide a replacement part or a new unit to ensure you have a working product.
